Meditation Intensive Program
This is a spare program of the activity that you will find in the meditation intensive course. Note that this is only an indicative program and the real one can change a lot from this depending on the people attending, weather and feeling of the teacher and participants. Be ready for changes!
On the arrival day (the day before the official start) we will have an introductory talk at 19:00 in which we will welcome you to the course and we will know each others a little bit in a relaxed enviorment.
It is strongly recomended to be here almost 15 minute before the beginning, if, for any reasons, you will not be able to came for that time, please contact us. Even if the official start of the retreat will be the next day around 9:00, it is recomended to attend this introductory talk and is important to contact us if you will not be able to partecipate so we can communicate you eventual changes in schedule for the first day of the course.
From the next day on we will stay with the indicative course program.

Note that during the 3 days of courses some of the meditations can be held outside in nature on the beach or in the nearby mountains, this always depends on the weather so it can't be programmed before. Also the program can change and be more or less lighter, depending on the people attending.
In every case you will enjoy a 3 days full mediation experience that will invite you to connect with your inner peace and grace for your well being and for that of humanity. Keep in mind that we encourage people not to do more in a day than they feel comfortable with. Breaks can be taken at any time to enjoy the environment, lie down, do some yoga or take a walk, we only ask you to don't stop activities in the middle, so if you begin something do it till the end then take a break.
